During a Leadership Training Cell (LTC), we train pastors to train laypeople to reach their community with the Gospel.

3 goals of LTC

1. TRAINING OTHER PASTORS

EE will supply a teacher for your LTC that will assist you in training other pastors from your community. The training takes place locally over two days (training times are at the discretion of the teacher and host church).  Just as in a 2 ½ day Leadership Training Launch the pastor will learn, observe, practice and participate in on-the-job training activities.

2. IMPLEMENTATION

After the pastor has successfully completed the training, we will spend time helping them with implementation. This will cover important aspects of training like:

  • Administration
  • Establishing a foundation of prayer
  • How to coordinate effective on-the-job training

3. NETWORKING WITH “LIKE-MINDED” LEADERS

Your cell will continue to function on a new level.  It will include you and the six to eight other pastors who have gone through the training and implementation with you. You are linked not only geographically, but also spiritually, sharing a common passion to train your people to share the Gospel to reach your city.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

As pastors who share the same concerns for your community, you all will train your congregations in Level 1 EE, and network together through prayer, fellowship, Share Your Faith Workshops, and other training and outreach events. Imagine the impact this will have in your community!
